ADVERTISING AGREEMENT REQUIREMENTS AND TERMS
Your advertisement should be submitted to us as a PDF file, which, in order to meet our printer’s specifications, should be Distilled from PostScript files generated with the PostScript Printer Description File available for download through http://www.cadmusmediaworks.com (click on “Cadmus MediaWorks Digital File Specs”). Our full-page trim size is 8.25" x 10.875". If your full page ad is to be printed as a full bleed, the image should extend 1/8" beyond our trim size, and the overall PDF size should be 9.25" x 11.875", allowing 1" over for registration marks and 12-point offsets.

Your PDF or PostScript file should have all fonts and images embedded in the file and should be set for high resolution (300 dpi) output and, if in color, set for CMYK. If you are using a spot color or Pantone color in your file, please assign it as a separate spot color plate. All color ads should be accompanied by a Matchprint or Cromalin proof. Please note that we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for any corrections or adjustments to your ad file that must be made by our printer.

If your ad file is too big to e-mail to us at cineaste@cineaste.com, we are able to retrieve the file from your FTP site (please provide all log-in, password and file name information). Alternately, we can supply you with an iDisk address where you can deposit your file, or you may send it to us on a CD-ROM.

Cineaste is not responsible for errors or omissions from advertisers. Payment terms are Net 30 Days to advertisers with established accounts. Prepayment is necessary for all new accounts. Agency discount, on space only, is 15%.
